Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned ERP industry veteran to spearhead Business Development activities from their home base in the US. You’ll be supported by our international team of professionals from Canada, Germany and Sri Lanka.

Your focus will be on building our US business and representing us at Conferences and User Group meetings as well as onsite at customer plants  You will be working with our Sales Engineers, Project Managers and Developers, to develop and maximize our partner  relationships as well as identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can drive customer satisfaction, identify solutions to resolve reported issues, recognize opportunities to sell new products, and communicate between multiple departments and roles (engineering, IT, software developers, sales, etc.). You’ll be joining our team of young professionals – QBuild project engineers, sales engineers, account managers, and developers.

The Customer Success Manager’s main responsibilities are:

  • Customer Upselling / Retention: You will be responsible for reaching out to customers at regular intervals to uncover if they have any needs such as additional licenses or services, training, or have other pain points that one of our products may solve. We would like you to be proactive in addressing any issues early, especially in preparation for an upcoming contract renewal.
  • Incoming requests: respond to inquiries in a timely fashion for customers wanting to be contacted by sales, requesting a demo, or submitting a support ticket. As the person in charge of customer satisfaction and success, your ability to communicate quickly and clearly is critical. Provide helpful informational as a first step such as product/service recommendations or answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Conferences and Outreach: reach out to customers to let them know we’re attending a conference, attend a trade show to collect leads and build rapport, and follow up with contacts afterwards to generate sales opportunities.

Position Summary:

QBuild is excited to be hiring a Marketing Coordinator who can drive company wide marketing efforts. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our young and close- knit team. You will be responsible for building and developing the QBuild brand and generating an influx of potential customers to work with. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to support the team in providing clients with solutions to their engineering problems. Role:

  • Prepare materials for tradeshows, including coordinating shipping and delivery needs with couriers and event organizers.
  • Maintain marketing inventory and procure new promotional products for tradeshows.
  • Design, build, and update website using WordPress and create regular reports on analytics and campaign impacts.
  • Graphic design of brochures, fact sheets, and other print and digital marketing materials.
  • Generate written content to support sales effort such as case studies, blogs, and more.
  • Produce video content highlighting QBuild solutions, customer testimonials and other relevant marketing digital collateral.
  • Curate and manage QBuild social media with engaging content for the community, including customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate virtual webinars for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist sales in handling incoming sales requirements (phone and email), and developing new leads and products.
  • Perform preliminary discussions with customers and schedule demos for their desired engineering solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and present them to customers and software partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • French or Spanish language skills an asset
  • Familiarity with engineering professions an asset
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, must be a self-starter
  • Proficient in website CMS and video/graphic content creation and design (WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects…)

Our goal is to achieve the absolute highest customer satisfaction. Part of your role will be evaluating their current engineering workflow, challenges and requirements so that you can recommend our solutions and best practices.

Role:

  • Work as an integral part of the team to ensure a successful handoff between sales and implementation
  •  Act as the primary consultant and project manager for customers – selling and delivering consulting services
  • Work with software engineers and customers to determine the best fit solution, or design something new!
  • Liaise with software and business partners as the subject matter expert on Engineering processes to serve common customers
  • Understand consumer requirements and trends to help drive product development direction
  • Prepare and present quotations of implementation services and scope changes
  • Participate in trade shows, partner events, and meet customers on-site at their facilities (primarily in the US)
